First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!
Thank you for the compliment and you do have a beautiful music website as well! I love music and food together! As far as the writing, usually I will wait and write a day or two after the event I am writing about. When I am relaxed my thoughts flow more creativley! If I try to write the night of the event, dinner, ect I sit for the 10 to 15 minutes as well trying to think of what to say. I usually try to start with some humor if possible. Hope that helps and I am going to google your music!

little toasts with red pepper aioli were delicious. What a nice light and tasty way to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
